Dems Seek to Decriminalize Hard Drugs

There is a rising number of Dems who seek to decriminalize hard drugs in the United States.

Danny discusses whether drug addiction to substances such as ecstasy, meth and cocaine are truly victimless crimes on Tucker Carlson Tonight.

In the wake of Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s announcement of his intention to decriminalize hard drugs, Danny reveals that the culture surrounding drug use creates many victims besides those who are addicted.

Danny provides evidence that associated criminality that is committed due to addiction creates a real public danger. He furthers his argument by stating that users commit crimes while seeking funds for their next hit. The urgency of their need to get high makes them very unpredictable and dangerous to others and their families.

If mayor Pete has his way the decriminalization will eliminate incarceration for simple possession and other minor offences. Mayor Pete will seek to legalize cannabis on a federal level. Furthermore, the Mayor would expunge past convictions for possession. Danny believes that violent criminals may escape the legal system if past convictions are expunged.

Really, they talk decriminalization but they mean legalization.
